We loved the location. Was just out of the main busy streets of town. Easy free on street parking. Vicki in the office was lovely and very friendly!

Don't be fooled with what you see on the outside. I booked for 1 night as a budget-minded solo traveller on New Years Eve and found myself here. Everything inside is very modern. The communial showers are what you would expect at a 4-star hotel. The communial kitchen was very impressive with a functioning oven! I had room 10. King suite is very spacious and with everything you would need. Wifi speed around 4mb a second. The bed was very modern, perfectly firm, and had an amazing sleep from not hearing any noise, even though many stayed on this night. I would highly recommend this place for an overnighter or even a base to see all Goulburn has to offer.

It’s a classic Australian hotel, friendly staff, have a shared kitchen and common area. The prices in Goulburn are slightly higher one might expect due to the presence of a police academy. The hotel manager provided a free upgrade to a studio downstairs which was lovely

Good things: There is a shared kitchen which would be a really good thing for people to know about before they booked in. Very clean The bathrooms are share but there are separate men and women's facilities which is really good Easy free parking on the street

Thankyou for upgrading us to the apartment on the ground floor due to my difficulty in climbing stairs. And thanks also for providing me with a soft pillow. It was a well equipped apartment and the shower was amazing.
